The following Terms and Conditions govern the Tradier Brokerage and Tradier Futures (collectively, “Tradier”) Refer-A-Friend Program (the “Program”). Participation in the Program constitutes your consent and agreement to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions as may be updated by Tradier from time to time.

Program Overview
The Refer-A-Friend Program allows existing Tradier customers ("Referrer") to refer new customers ("Referee") to open an account with Tradier. Eligible Referrers can earn a $99 bonus for each qualifying referral, with a maximum earning limit of $594 per calendar year (maximum of six (6) successful referrals). Referrals are limited to one referral per household. Additionally, a Referrer shall receive only one bonus for each qualifying referral, even if the Referree opens more than one Tradier account. All Referees will receive (3) three months of Tradier Pro or Pro Plus for free upon meeting the requirements.

Program Eligibility Requirements
The Referrer must be a U.S. resident residing within the U.S. and the Referee must be a brand-new customer to Tradier. To qualify, the Referee must open a Tradier account using the Referrer’s referral link within 30 days of receiving the link and make a minimum initial deposit of $5,000, which must remain in the account for at least six (6) months. The Program is limited to one referral per household, and Referrers may not use their own referral link to open an account under their own name.

How to Participate
All existing Tradier customers meeting the Program Eligibility Requirements are automatically enrolled in the Program. Customers can access and share their unique referral link(s) within the Tradier Web and Mobile apps. Referral status and progress are also available within the Tradier Web and Mobile apps. A Referrer will only qualify for a referral bonus if the Referee uses the Referrer’s unique referral link to open and fund a new Tradier account.

Bonus Payment and Limitations
Subject to the Program’s terms and restrictions provided herein, Tradier will deposit referral bonus payments to the Referrer’s qualifying Tradier account after the referred account has been opened for 30 days with the required $5,000 initial deposit. The bonus will only be deposited to a Referrer’s individual or joint brokerage account. Referral bonuses cannot and will not be deposited into IRA or retirement accounts.

Exclusions
The following exclusions apply to participants in the Program and may be modified by Tradier at any time in its sole discretion: Employees, contractors, or persons similarly associated with Tradier are not eligible to participate in the Program or to receive bonus payments in connection with the Program. This Program is only available for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes.

Responsibility for Taxes
Taxes related to this Program are solely the Referrer’s responsibility. Tradier shall not be responsible for any tax obligations related to this Program. However, Tradier reserves the right to withhold or report any bonus payments to the extent required by law. Consult with your tax professional about the appropriate tax treatment and any implications associated with the Program prior to making any referrals to Tradier.

No Solicitation
Participants in the Program agree to comply with current “spam” laws and may not engage in commercial solicitation of any kind in connection with the Program. Referrers may only distribute emails with their unique referral link in a personal manner to people they know. Distributing referral links through mass emails, commercial advertising, or other similar means (e.g., use of automated systems, bots, or automatic dialers) is strictly prohibited. Any distribution of a Referrer’s unique referral link on websites created to take advantage of referral traffic or in any other manner that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under applicable laws or regulations is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate disqualification from the Program, as determined by Tradier in its sole discretion.

Modification or Termination of the Program
Tradier reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Tradier also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the following: Refuse payments if it suspects fraudulent activity by Program participants, Revoke or rescind any payment or Program benefit if it determines that a participant has abused the signup or referral process, Disqualify any participant from the Program, Decline participation for the Program.

Disputes
All disputes arising out of or related to the Program shall be governed by predispute arbitration clause in the applicable Tradier customer account agreement.
