CONTENT DISCLAIMER: This “Submit & Get Rewarded” program (“Program”) is offered by [Tradier Brokerage, Inc. / Tradier, Inc.] (“Tradier”). By participating in the Program, each participant agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Program, as determined by Tradier, are final in all respects:

  1. Eligibility – The Program is open to invited participants of the Tradier DevLab: API Starter Jam who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Registered representatives or associated persons of other FINRA member broker-dealers are not eligible to participate. The Program is void where prohibited by law. 

  2. Submission Requirements – Each participant is allowed to submit one project that uses the Tradier API. To be considered valid, submitted projects must be original, functional, and meet the technical requirements outlined in the official challenge documentation. Submissions containing offensive, plagiarized, or inappropriate content will be disqualified.

  3. Compensation and Recognition – Each participant who submits a valid project that complies with these terms will receive a one-time participation reward of $150 USD for their effort and engagement. In addition, Tradier will select one submission as its “favorite,” and the participant responsible for that submission will receive an additional $500 USD as special recognition. Only projects submitted by the stated deadline will be considered for rewards. All payments will be reported as required by applicable law. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes arising from receipt of compensation or recognition. Tradier reserves the right to review and disqualify any submission that does not meet the stated criteria or violates any applicable laws. Rewards will be distributed within 30 days after the review period ends. Participants may be asked to provide necessary payment or tax information in order to receive their reward.

  1. Ownership of Work – All Program participants retain full ownership of their submitted projects. However, by entering the Program, each participant grants Tradier a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to showcase, display, or reference their project for Tradier’s promotional, marketing, or educational purposes, with appropriate credit to the participant.

  2. Modification or Termination – Tradier reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program, including these terms, at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice, subject to applicable law. For any questions regarding the Program, participants can contact Tradier via the designated Discord channel or by email.

  3. No Investment Advice – This Program and any related communications are for educational and promotional purposes only. Participation does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, nor does it constitute the provision of investment advice. Moreover, compensation provided under this Program is not intended to be, and should not be construed as, a recommendation or inducement to engage in securities transactions.

  4. No Purchase or Trading Required – Entry into the Program does not require the purchase or sale of any security. Making investment decisions, opening an account, or trading will not increase your chances of winning.

Show solid integration of Tradier’s API, whether it’s market data, trading, or account endpoints. Bonus for creative or complex use that pushes the API’s limits.

The project should be intuitive, reliable, and solve a clear user problem. Strong submissions offer practical utility for traders or developers.

Technical Quality & Code Readability

Code should be clean, modular, and follow modern best practices. We’ll consider structure, error handling, scalability, documentation, and security.

Presentation & Creativity

Submissions should be clearly presented, ideally with a demo or screenshots. Projects that are unique, visually engaging will stand out.
